About Us

The original idea came from the founder’s long habit of keeping records.

From journals and notes to photos and life moments, much worth saving lived on paper, phones, and computers. Devices changed, apps changed, but there was rarely one place that truly belonged to the user for long-term preservation.

That is how 「可有」 began.

Not to add yet another tool, but to bring scattered digital content back together so records could actually stay.

As the product grew, we found that “saving” alone was not enough.

Study materials need structure, ideas need capture, images and audio need processing, life needs reflection — and these should not be forced into many disconnected apps.

So the product evolved from 「可有」 to 「kexu (Kexu)」.

“序” (order) does not mean arranging life perfectly.

It means giving scattered content its place, making important records findable again, and letting digital life gradually form its own order.

kexu is a learning, recording, and life-management app for everyday users.

We do not define it as a single-purpose tool. Around real long-term needs, we built notes, video learning, transcription, mind mapping, image tools, daily records, outfit management, and more.

All of these serve one goal:

Less switching between apps — learning, recording, organizing, and life content in one system you can keep using.

We care whether a feature still matters years later, not whether it is merely novel.

kexu will not chase complexity for its own sake. We want useful things done more simply.

As more content moves to the cloud and platforms, we still believe:

Your data belongs to you first.

kexu follows a local-first direction: user-created content is processed and stored on device when possible. Where accounts, sync, or network are needed, we apply a minimum-necessary approach and do not treat private creative content as ad-tracking fuel.

We want you to choose a product because it is genuinely useful — not because it demands more attention and personal data.

We are also thinking about a question that grows more important in the AI era:

As AI begins to understand and assist each person, years of text, photos, audio, study materials, and life records are no longer just files.

They become a person’s digital memory.

kexu aims not to be short-term storage, but a personal digital life system that can grow with you.
